PLAZA THEATRE’S STEPS AGAINST COVID-19 AND TRYING TO STAY OPEN
Cutting capacity by 50% to allow for social distancing and closing off every other row to help with distancing.
Reminders to wash hands, additionally with hand sanitizer available.
Temporarily not accepting cash.
Having all employees wear gloves for cleaning and service points.
Additionally cleaning and disinfecting measures daily.
Adjusting schedule for more time in between films to minimize any lines for waiting, and allow for more cleaning and disinfecting time.
Reducing touchpoint by propping open the front and auditorium doors whenever possible to minimize touching.
Any staff or customers who feel sick, should stay home. We’re relaxing refunds policy and working on figuring out what we can do to not endanger staff livelihood. Customers accepting vouchers instead will go a long way in helping the Plaza stay in business.
Restricting our typical welcoming bathroom policy, only to customers.
Additionally we’re asking for understanding as scheduling for special events are most likely to change.
